So you want a Spirit Rat King (Post Ult Nerf)
Rats scale off spirit and we're being told to build gun? Not a chance. FOR THE KING! Even though ult was nerfed this still works well, sprint speed no longer scales with ult and you can lose it while running now, so using it to escape is less viable, but the ult is still very good at no investment for big team fights like rift and mid. Also a philosphy with this build is not much lifesteal or healing, you can be tanky without being hurt by anti-heals. Currently at a 75% winrate with this build
