Nurse Dommy Mommy

In-game community build · v50 favouritesUpdated 10/21/2026

Build your leaches early, whole kit scales with them. Read notes, pretty much straight forward, but remember have fun. PLEASE USE MY BUILD, honestly you could use any build she is busted until patch.

Lane(L->R)

Titanic Magazine

she needs ammo

Burst Fire

free fire rate when healing or shooting enemies

Trophy Collector

Im pretty sure range increases how far the leeches crawl to you and the other stats are great.

#Citadel_HeroBuilds_LaneOptional

Restorative Shot

If teamate or enemy is fat, instead of extra regen. (healing allies heals you with this)

Active Reload

helps heal faster and shoot enemies faster, and more ammo :).

Extra Charge

if your teamate loves to dive and die in lane

Toxic Bullets

If you need more help building charge

Mid Game (L->R but Use brain)

Quicksilver Reload

reloads heals without using charge

Rapid Recharge

could skip if you dont need as much charge

Ricochet

Her best item heals bounce to whole team

Superior Duration

2 and ult use this very nicely

Compress Cooldown

I like it on the 2 but ult can be nice

Maybe

Echo Shard

Makes teamate prime victor for twice as long

Split Shot

Bad aim

Radiant Regeneration

maybe if the default health regen isn't enough

Greater Expansion

if you want to focus more on damage or 2 from longer range

Scourge

this with echo shard 2 is kinda of crazy makes teamate a walking army

Divine Barrier

if they have a lot of debuff or maybe pocket ult

Fortitude

This plus leeches regen means she can run from fight to fight. Also her 2 gives herself super speed to roam faster.

Late Game (if up buy more spirit for healing if down buy damage)

Transcendent Cooldown

Unstoppable

Superior Cooldown

cooldown is just nice to have

Spiritual Overflow

Procs from healing teamates

Mercurial Magnum

again this can reload healing needles without using charge

Boundless Spirit

if you really want to max out her healing

Escalating Exposure

This with the leeches and ult feels OP

Lightning Scroll

can help your ult if they keep dodging it

Transcendent Cooldown

Dont buy unless rich or a lot of actives

Unstoppable

cherry on top for her ult

Fun items

Vampiric Burst

Infinite healing syringes

Veil Walker

Kachoww

Glass Cannon

super speed heals
