Good Comms & Leechbombs [annotated]
Updated daily with playtesters trying out new variations constantly to provide the optimal Harrow expierence. GENERAL STRATEGY: You are a healbot most of the game. Abuse Kinetic Dash to refill your charges on your 3 and permagank your lanes to gigabuff your allies and make them unkillable as you heal them from far back. Late game you swap to spamming your 1 to melt enemy resists and burn them while keeping your allies full health. [[[Working on better spikes, the item economy is tricky on her]]]

Surge of Power
Incredibly underrated item. The imbue gives around 33% increading healing on your shots at time of buy
Burst Fire
Procs on shooting your allies which means you heal faster
Healing Tempo
More healing and gigabuff your allies. Tap fire on each teammate going into a fight with your 3 to keep their buffs up
Boundless Spirit
More spirit scales leeches which at this point we pivot to but also scales healing more
Ricochet
Incredibly strong, your 3 ricochets
Cheat Death
I actually really like this item becaus you can kill yourself with your 2 and then regen out of Cheat Death or pop your 4 to prevent all damage

Doesn't really help recharge your 3 but is still usefull
Lightning Scroll
You can upgrade to this if your team keeps taking teamfights and you want to play around her ult. I don't personally use but I recognize it's usefull
Burn Damage
Kind of in order, can swap. At this point you're spamming 1 off cooldown to keep proc-ing your debuffs triggerd by Leeches
Escalating Exposure
Leeches deal damage over time so each tick of damage makes them do more damage, etc. etc.
Mystic Reverb
Leeches tick damage triggers Mystic Reverb repeatedly which is CRAZY damage in team fights
Spirit Burn
Spirit Burn is best to get after Mystic Reverb because before you buy Reverb you don't easily cross the damage threshold for Burn. Once you do you're in business
Superior Duration
Good for leech burn damage, longer duration = more damage
Spiritual Overflow
Good if you prefer this over something else in this category, gives duration and lifesteal but I prefer a purple item here since your slots get tight

Recharging Rush
This item is super strong, instantly replinishing a charge on your 3. You need to do enough damage in the small-ish 3.5s window
Split Shot
Works with your 3. I think it's a wase of a slot but go for it if you have poor aim or are perma teamfighting
Blood Tribute
This item is silly because you outheal the damage with enough leech stacks. Buy it if you really want but there's better items in-slot
Vampiric Burst
This item is really strong in theory. Every 30 seconds you can pop this while you have your 3 active to increase mag capacity then swap off your 3 and it will keep increasing mag size on your 3
