Restorative Shot
She procs this for free. Insane early lane healing! Sell later.
Improved Spirit
This adds a lot of damage to her abilities. Upgrade to Boundless Spirit.
Rapid Recharge
This lets her double the amount of minions on the field and adds a ton of spirit power.
Recharging Rush
ESSENTIAL item. This lets you summon Raging Spirits out of thin air if you do damage quickly enough. Much easier to make this proc after getting Heroic Aura.
Heroic Aura
This is a MASSIVE damage increase on the Raging Spirits, and it also provides nice stats to you too.
Green 4.8k
Get all three of these (or alts) at some point.
Enduring Speed
Graves is slow. This fixes that.
Enchanter's Emblem
Spirit resist and good stats.
Healbane
Anti-heal is always good.

Spirit Shielding
If their spirit damage is REALLY oppressive.
ExtrasOptional
For when the game goes too long and you don't know what to buy.
Spirit Burn
Focus Lens
Infuser

Magic CarpetSpirit Burn
Huge damage and anti-heal item.
Focus Lens
Apply this to a target and watch your minions eat them alive.
Infuser
She does mostly spirit damage, so this is an essential late-game healing item.
Lightning Scroll
All of her ult minions proc this. Can be funny.
Superior Duration
All of her abilities benefit a ton from duration. This is super nice.
Transcendent Cooldown
More everything!
Refresher
This gives her two graveyards and all her charges of Raging Spirits back. Holy crap.
