this item builds so much ult charge cus damage and if you bola + silence them they cant react to any of your damage

really big damage spike and allows you to beat anyone in a 1v1 once you have this item and all the ones on the left.

Really good to gap close and is one of Silvers best late game spikes. You can rush this before unstop if youre really ahead.
