Landscape Painter (Annotated)
Control the canvas, and burst paint low hp enemies. Actually painting (Mouse 2) with your Living Ink is essentail. The homing missiles are also your main damage and method of proccing Radiant Regen, so watch your ink supply. You can go L-->R for most of the build. Don't be afraid to rush a counterpick If you are fiening for Dispell Magic, rush Divine Barrier instead.

Mystic Slow
Procs at the same time as suppressor. Locks down targets hit by missile
Slowing Hex
Compounds with Mystic Slow. Now you can do the same firerate play to somebodys movespeed. 1/2 speed someone. Also deals extra gravity which counters Danny
Quicksilver Reload
Extra firerate, and reloads your brush. Works with the right click too. Hit your missiles to reduce the cooldown
Mixing More Colors
Extra Sustain / Fuckage
Healbane
Procs with Suppressor and Mystic Slow. Who ever is hit by a missile is not going to have a fun time. Heals you when they die too
Guardian Ward
If you are tanking then buy this later. I buy it now so I can use the movespeed or give it to my laneparter.

Basically OP. When you hit a missile it lowers the cooldown, If you hit all 3 you can basically use this every time you use Living Ink. Plus your heals scale with spirit now!
Creating the foreground

Compounds with Quicksilver. When you use missiles or paint with your brush you will Move and Shoot faster, and deal extra damage. Cools down by hitting missiles

Extra missiles and paint. Way more comfortable safety net

If you use this at the right time you can absolutely mess someone. Insane combo: Use this before sketch stunning a gun based opponent
Decay
(Sell Rusted Barrel Later) Heavy anti heal. Bit of a counterpick but it can be gamewinning if the enemy is too reliant on being healed i.e. abrams.
Cursed Relic
(Sell Rusted Barrel Later) Curse! combos into sketch stun. Be mindful of your own reduced damage, try to use it allongside CC or Ulitity. Do not buy if you are big source of damage/burst for your team
Defining Highlights
Lots of CC / Area Denial. Greed with your ult
Alchemical Fire
Deed to your ult. If you trap someone in ult, and throw alchemical fire, they either cook or run and get silenced and take extra damage anyway. Combo with Debuffs for absolute PWNGE
Vortex Web
AOE slowing hex, whats not to like. Can be cast directly onto opponent with middle mouse
Mystic Expansion
Affects how far away you can paint with mouse 2
Greater Expansion
The real reason you bought mystic. This works on all of your AOE CCs

Notes:
This build mainly focuses on CC, try to not pull more enemy attention than you can handle. Your paintbrush (Mouse 2) is way more usefull than people let on. You can setup shields/barriers blocking enemies from working together, or hurting your team. You can also use it to gain access to places that are highup. Try to use it with the creeps too, you can defend your creeps by painting them a pen by your lane guardian, you can also hold back an enemy push into your guardian just by dropping a line of paint. And because you buy Mystic regen if they ever break your walls your healing will get reprocced
